Products: we try to display products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible. Some lifestyle images are AI-generated scenes; the product itself matches the description and size guide. Always supervise your pet while it is in a carrier, and choose the size by your pet's weight.

Pricing and orders: prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error occurs. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Payments: payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping and returns: shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Limitation of liability: to the extent allowed by law, Kangapup is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes: we may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order.
