Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return: email us at support@kangapup.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and next steps. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Wrong size: if the size does not fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help you exchange it for another size, subject to stock.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay for return shipping.

Return shipping: for returns that are not due to our error, the customer pays for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process it.

Exceptions: items that have been used, washed, damaged by pets, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
