Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Cost: shipping is free on all US orders.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays.

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak seasons or because of carrier delays.

Tracking: when your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show updates.

Address errors: please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, email support@kangapup.com as soon as possible. We cannot change an address after an order has shipped.

Lost or delayed packages: if your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, email us with your order number and we will help.
